Matis can search for a specific microbe or gene in samples if the client brings the primers or primer sequences. Included in the service is biomass isolation, DNA isolation, amplification of the gene (PCR) using species specific or gene specific primers. Sequencing of the gene in our ABI3730 sequencer.
