Analysis of microbes
Matis offers species determination of microorganisms. The client sends the microbe to us and we isolate its DNA, amplify the 16S rRNA gene (PCR), sequence it (whole or partial) and compare the sequence with known species in GenBank.
The client receives the sequence and results by E-mail.
