Matis runs a DNA sequencing service. The client sends the gene as a PCR product or a plasmid as well as the corresponding sequencing primers. Our specialists offer their expertise in primer design for the sequencing.

For the best and accurate results we do the sequencing in duplicates using the ABI 3730 sequencher. The sequences are edited and sent by E-mail to the client.
