Automatic pinbone removal from white fish fillets
The goal of this project is to develop a technology which automatically removes bones from white fish fillets. The project will be based on earlier research of the applicants, but new and improved methods will be developed to solve the task of bone removal. Increased yield of the raw material , increased efficiency and profitability are among the benefits which will be the final result of this project.
