Delights for tourists

The project goal is to assist local people and tourists to access high quality ingredients in gourmet fish dishes all over the country. Recipes with local ingredients and herbs will be developed. The improved access to fresh seafood at popular tourist hot spots where ready to eat convenient meals in small retail packs will make fish meals a real and attractive options when traveling. This will improve the image of Iceland as a tourist country and create local employment.
