Small vessels - Optimising catch value
The project's objective is to improve the handling of fish caught by small vessels so that it can more easily be used to produce top quality products. This will be done by placing emphasis on good general handling, particularly regarding onboard chilling. Stakeholders will be educated on the importance of improved handling and guidelines published.
